Francis James Newman Rogers agrees to sell to Dame Martha Rivers Gay the premises known as 12 Queen's Parade for £550, the said purchase money to be invested in 3 1/2 % Bank Annuities in the names of Robert Savage of Bath, Gent. and the said Francis James Newman Rogers. Until a good title could be made to the premises, and a conveyance thereof executed, the proceeds to go to Francis James Newman Rogers.
