An estate and interest during his life of and in a messuage situate at Gay's Place, p. Walcot, now let to several tenants at diverse rents totalling £20 p.a. And also several plots of ground lying at Gay's Place, designated for the purpose of building. And also to several fee farm rents, amounting together to £173.12.6p., issuing out of lands at Gay's Place.
