Whereas the said Dame Catharine Rivers has received the recited Jointure of £300 up to 13 April last, and whereas Thomas Frederick Inman is desirous of selling properties as in the schedule hereto, and in order to enable this has applied to Dame Catharine Rivers to release the premises from the said jointure.
