Whereas Timothy Hubert, in performance of a covenant in the recited Lease, erected a messuage on the premises now known as 4 Moorfields Place.
Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers became entitled in reversion expectant on the expiration of a term of years as in the herein before recited lease to the plot of land and messuage thereon.
Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers had contracted with George Burgess for the absolute sale of the premises, subject to the aforesaid lease and a yearly rent of £1.8s, but had died before this could be carried into effect.
