Whereas Sir James Francis Rivers died on 31 October 1869.

Reciting: Will of Sir Henry Chandos Rivers, 19 October 1970
Devising amongst other bequests to Thomas Frederick Inman, upon Trust, all his real estate in favour of his 6 sisters and their issue, until such time as his sisters should all have died, and the children died or have attained the age of 21. With full power to manage, improve, and sell any part thereof.

Reciting: Codicil to the aforesaid Will, 19 October 1970
Revoking the bequest to his sister Louise Rivers and directing that his will should be read as if everywhere her name was omitted, but granting to his said sister an annuity of £300.

Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers died on 31 October 1870. The said Will and Codicil was proved on 18 November 1870.
