Berkeley Drummond and Rev. John William Lockwood 4. William Thomas Longbourne Premises as in the 1st schedule hereto from 2. to 3., discharged of the principle sum of £4243.10s. And for the purposes of extinguishing a term of 99 years, 2. surrenders to 4. all premises as in the 2nd schedule hereto, to hold in trust for 3. Consideration: £6069 from 3. to 1.
Whereas 2 policies of assurance for £5000 and £5000, on the life of Sir James Francis Rivers are by various means and indentures vested in Berkeley Drummond and Rev. John William Lockwood as security for the said sum of £6069. Whereas 2 policies of assurance for £999 and £499 on the life of the said Sir James Francis Rivers are still vested in Charles Bell Ford, William Richard Hamilton, Henry Littledale, and Henry George Hamilton, but no longer form part of the security on the sum of £4243.10s Whereas Sir James Francis Rivers having occasion for £1500 has requested William Thomas Longbourne advance the same to him to which he has agreed, to be secured by a conveyance of the premises in the 1st schedule, a demise determinable on the life of Sir James Francis Rivers of the Fee Farm rents and hereditaments as in 0810/1/79, and of an assignment of the 4 policies of assurance aforesaid to 3. in trust for 2. Whereas by 2 assignments of even date herewith, the 2 policies of assurance vested in Charles Bell Ford, William Richard Hamilton, Henry Littledale, and Henry George Hamilton were assigned to John Vickerman Longbourne.
Premises as in the 1st and 2nd schedules to 3. in trust for 2. And 2 policies of assurance for £5000 and £5000 as aforesaid to 3. in trust for 2., subject to a security for £6069 and interest.
