- pasture (5 a.) formerly called Greenland, some time added to Webb's Close (the whole containing 16 a.) but now separated and known as Upper Clements Tyning
- all in p. of Southstoke, formerly in the possession of Richard Clement, later William Dicks, since Sarah Wood, then Isaac Beak, afterward Richard Woodhouse since deceased, now in the occupation of John Beak of Southstoke, Gent.
