All that plot of ground, p. St. James, city of Bath, c. Somerset, containing on the south side thereof 83 feet 9 inches, and on the north side thereof 85 feet, and extending in depth on the east side thereof 34 feet and 10 inches and on the west side thereof 22 feet 10 inches, bounded on the south by a street called York Street, on the north by a plot of ground and five several messuages or dwelling houses lately erected thereon by the said Charles Hunnings Wilkinson, and to him granted or demised by the said Charles Herbert Earl Manvers, on the east by a plot of ground and messuage belonging to John Olive and in the occupation of Peter Mich[ell], and on the west by ground and buildings belonging to James Sloper and the representatives of the late George Stothert. And also all those five messuages or dwelling houses built thereon by the said Charles Hunnings Wilkinson and which form a part of the said street called York Street, and also the sole use of the vaults built in front of the said buildings and under the street called York Street.
