Whereas James Berry died on 17 April 1832 devising the aforesaid two acres to Jonah Lawrence.
Whereas Jonah Lawrence having occasion for the sum of £100 has applied to George Cottle to lend him the same, to which George Cottle has agreed.

Two acres of arable land, lying seperate in a common field called Odd Down Field, p. Lyncombe and Widcombe, and the yearly rent thereby reserved of £6, from 1. to 2. for a term of 1000 years
