All that piece of Pasture ground (1a.2r.), formerly arable, p. Twerton, called Busterd Gate in the Upper Field next to Ellingtons, being within a few yards and on the right hand side of the lane leading from Twerton to Englishcombe, bounded north by Glebe land belonging to Twerton Vicarage, south by land late of the said Harriet Herbert, east by a road, and west by the turnpike road from Bristol to Frome, now in the occupation of Robert Young as tenant.
