Whereas the sum of £150 was not paid at the time agreed upon the the recited mortgage, the estate and interest of Walter Broom in the hereditaments became absolute at law.
Whereas Walter Broom by his last will and testament bearing date 14 October 1831 appointed Charles Frankcom and William Bye Lidiard his Executors in trust.
Whereas there is now due to Charles Frankcom and William Bye Lidiard for principle, interest, and expenses £120.7.11, and whereas Samuel herbert has agreed to pay the same on having the said mortgage and debt transferred to him..
