Description: Dated 18 April 1817, Charles Deverell gives and bequeaths to his daughter Fanny all his freehold property in Twerton, the 'Wal Ground' and the 'Tidlans' and 'Burn Ground' and the 'to akars' [two acres] and 'elentons land'. To his wife his house in Twerton for her life and then to his said daughter. To his son Charles £50, the rest of his money and his gold watch to his said daughter.
Proved 13 January 1819 by Fanny Broad, wife of Samuel Broad, said daughter of Charles Deverell.
Also copy deposition in the Consistorial Episcopal Court of Wells, of Nancy Deverell widow of Charles Deverell, Ruth Deverell wife of Thomas Deverell, Isaac Deverell, Sarah Deverell, and John Buckingham, as to the validity of the said Will.
