All that piece of Pasture ground (1a.1r.32p. formerly 2a.), p. Twerton, formerly called Busterd Gate, but now called Strip on Short Down, in the Upper Field next to Ellingtons, being within a few yards and on the right hand side of the lane leading from Twerton to Englishcombe, bounded north by Glebe land belonging to Twerton Vicarage, south by land late of the said Harriet Herbert, east by a road, and west by the turnpike road from Bristol to Frome, and all buildings and erections thereon, now in the occupation of Robert Young as tenant. From 1. and 2. to 3.
Consideration: £100 from 3. to 1. and £40 from 3. to 2.
