Plot of ground in the p. of Walcot, lying without the jurisdiction and liberty of the City of Bath, containing in front towards the London Road 20 feet, in depth on each side from the London Road to ground lately belonging to John Morford, dec'd., bounded on the east by ground lately granted to William Morley, Tyler and Plasterer, on the west by ground and buildings lately granted to Job Cottle and Samuel Shepherd, Carpenters, on the north by the said grounds of John Morford, dec'd., and on the south by the London Road. And also the messuage or tenement lately built on the said plot now in the possession of Mrs Martha Marsh as tenant. The said piece of ground hereby released is part of a plot of ground on the eastward side of the city of Bath and in the p. of Walcot, lately purchased by the said John Lowther and Richard Reed and James Cottle from John Butler, and the messuage thereon is part of the row of buildings intended to be called Butler's Buildings [Walcot Parade].
