Whereas the sum of £600 was then still due and owing and whereas Thomas Young was desirous of taking a fee farm rent of £9 out of the said premises 1. and 2. assign and release to Edward Webb the premises as aforesaid. Whereas it has been agreed that Robert Clement shall accespt a grant from Thomas Young for the said several fee farm rents issuing out of the 5 several plots of ground hereinbefore mentioned, amounting to £51, and from John Whingate the fee farm rent of £9, totalling £60, and will thereby execute a release to the several owners of the said plots.
Five several fee farm rents of £15, £9, £9, £9, and £9, from Thomas Young to Robert Clement, and one fee farm rent of £9 from John Whingate to Robert Clement.
