Premises as recited for the residue of a term of 50 years, discharged from the proviso for redemption.

Whereas Robert Clement with the agreement of Samuel James agreed with Thomas Young for the sale of a plot of ground, and whereas at the same time it was agreed that Samuel James should assign to Edward Blake the same plot of ground for the residue of a term of 50 years and a reversionary term of 950 years in trust to attend the freehold reversion and inheritance of the said plot of land, discharged of his Mortgage debt of £4000.
Whereas Samuel James made his will, 19 October 1810, appointing Samuel James and Thomas James (parties hereto) together with William James, a Lieutenant in the East India company's service, at present in Bengall.
Whereas Thomas Young has applied to Samuel James and Thomas James to assign to the said Edward Blake the said plot of ground, discharged of the said Mortgage debt of £4000, but without prejudice to the right of them yet to come in and upon the reserved rent of £60 for the payment of the said Mortgage.

All that plot of garden ground containg 120 fet in front, and 160 feet at the rear, on the north and south sides respectively,and in length 496 feet, situate near to Grosvenor Place, p. Walcot, bounded by the London Road on the north, a road of 20 feet on the east, a withy bed on the south, and land of Mr Fisher on the west. Plan endorsed in the margin hereof.
