Whereas 1. lately caused a plot of garden ground (part of the land held by them as assignees of the estates of William Townsend, Thomas Townsend, John Townsend, and Richard Hewlett dec'd), in the occupation of Mr Fellows and adjoining the London Road on the north, a road of 20 feet on the east, a withy bed on the south, and land of Mr Fisher on the west, situate in p. Walcot, to be put up for auction, but no person biding any money for the same. Whereas 1. has since contracted with Thoma Young for the absolute sale to him of the sid plot in fee simple, for a fee farm rent of £60 p.a. to 1., the said rent to be reserved to them in thirds as to the estates of William Townsend, John Townsend, and Richard Hewlett.
All that plot of garden ground containg 120 fet in front, and 160 feet at the rear, on the north and south sides respectively,and in length 496 feet, situate near to Grosvenor Place, p. Walcot, bounded by the London Road on the north, a road of 20 feet on the east, a withy bed on the south, and land of Mr Fisher on the west.
