Whereas Robert William carpenter is desirous of getting in the legal estate in 2/3 parts of fee farm rents, hereditaments, and premises of the late William Townsend and Richard Hewlett, has requested Peter Townsend convey the same.

2 undivided 1/3 parts held by Thomas Townsend in trust for William Townsend and Richard Hewlett, of and in several fee farm rents issuing out of premises on Grosvenor Place. And also 2 undivided 1/3 parts of and in 2 pieces of pasture ground as have not been at any time granted away for building and which remain vested in Peter Townsend in trust for Robert William Carpenter as assignee of the estates of William Townsend and Richard Hewlett.
