Bequesthing also his freehold Messuage of 2 Beaufort Place, p. Walcot, and his leasehold premises 5 Dafford Street to George Biggs, now residing at 2 Beaufort Place, upon trust to provide Mary Ann Hobbs free use and occupation thereof and the rents and profits thereof for her natural life, and after her decease to sell the same to the benifit of Jane Akehurst and Charles Hobbs.
Appointing George Biggs as his sole Executor.
