Whereas Henry Fry was declared purchaser of 1 Beaufort Place, Charles Hobbs was declared purchaser of 2 Beaufort Place, Christopher Ballinger was Declared purchaser of 3 Beaufort Place, and Meshach Carey was declared purchaser of 4 Beaufort Place.
