Description: Bequeathing, amongst other bequests, the residue of his real and personal estate to John Jones and James Tucker, appointing them as executors of his estate, upon trust to pay an annuity of £10 to William Moss his brother during the life of the testator's wife, the residue of the proceeds to be paid to his said wife. Upon her decease, upon trust to sell the said estates at public auction or private contract and to pay the aforsaid annuity of £10 to William Moss for his life, and after his decease to divide the same equally between the children of William Moss and Alexandra, Eliza Mandrell, Elizabeth Stickler, Mary Jones, James Jones, and to the three sons of his brother in law William Beavan, the latter seven persons being neices and nephews of his said wife.
