Description

Plot of ground, part of a close formerly called Prior's Furlong, but now called Lower Furlong, p. Walcot, containing in breadth southwestwards 41 feet 4 inches, northeastwards 84 feet 9 inches, and in depth southeastwards 121 feet 6 inches, and on the west side 63 feet 6 inches. Bounded southwestward by ground and buildings of ____ Sparrow, westward by a footpath made or to be made by the said Joseph Moss between the ground and a way called Lark hall Lane, southwestward by a footpath made or to be made between the ground and a carriage road of 20 feet wide, northeastwards partly by a road way leading to buildings called Vizard's Mews and partly by the said Mews. And all those three messuages or dwelling houses built by the said Joseph Moss ona part of the said plot of ground, forming part of the row called Beaufort Place. From 1. to 2. and 3.
