Walcot, containing in bredth southeastward 22 feet, northwestward 20 feet, and extending in depth northeastward 158 feet, and southwestward 149 feet. Bounded on the southeast by a footway between the said plot and the London Turnpike Road, northwest by an intended footway between the said plot and the carriage road from Bath to Larkhall, northeast by other parts of the Lower Furlong intended to be granted from John Tanner to James Keeling, and southwest by another plot granted from John Tanner to John Misson. And al that messuage or dwelling house thereon known as 9 Beaufort Buildings West.
