Whereas Mary Sharpe by her last Will, and a Codicil thereto, devised to her sister Elizabeth Fowler and after her decease to her Nephew William Fowler the Younger, her (the Tesatrix's) share in the premises hereinafter described. The Testatrix died on the 12 September 1872.
Whereas 1. and 2. have agreed with 3. for the absolute sale to him of the premises.
