Originally known as the Bath Association for the Welfare of the Physically Handicapped, it was renamed in 1968 to the Bath Association for the Disabled, again in 1992 to the Bath Assoiation for Disabled People, and again in 2013 to the Bath Disability Trust.
At the request of the Trust and under Data Protection Legislation all records are closed for 100 years from the date of creation. Data Subject Access Requests are still possible.
