Reciting: The Will of the Most Noble Harry George Powlett, Duke and Marquis of Cleveland, Earl of Darlington, Viscount and Baron Barnard, and Baron Raby, K.G. 22 July 1891 Appointed the Hon. Viscount Wolmer M.P. and Frederick George Hilton Price of no. 1 Fleet Street, City of London, Esq. to be executors and trustees Devised amongst others, all his manors, advowsons, messuages, lands and hereditaments in c. Somerset (including the premises subject of this abstract), to the use of his great Nephew Francis William Forester, with remainder in tail male.
Whereas the said testator died on 21 August 1891 Whereas the said will was proved by the Hon. William Waldegrave Palmer commonly called Viscount Wolmer, and F.G.H. Price the executors therein named, on the 21 November 1891
Reciting: Appointment of Trustee, 22 May 1901. 1. Frederick G.H. Price. 2. The Rt. Hon. William Waldegrave, Earl of Selborne. 3. The Rt. Hon. Victor George Child, Earl of Jersey. Whereas the widow of the testator, the Duches Cleveland, had died on 18 May 1901. Whereas 2. was desirous of being discharged of the trusts of the aforesaid will, and 1. was desirous of appointing 3. to the Trust in place of 2. 3. was appointed as trustee in place of 2.

Whereas Letters of Administration were granted on 1 May 1925 to Josephine Gilchrist Vacher and Margaret Vacher, natural and lawful daughters, and only next of kin of the said Margaret Vacher.
