Whereas by her will of 1 August 1935, Dorothy Kathleen Taylor appointed 2. her sole executor and bequeathed her whole estate to him.
Whereas Mellor Lumb died on 8 February 1937.
Whereas Dorothy Kathleen Taylor died on 17 March 1937.
Whereas 2. is now absolutely entitled to the rents proffits and proceeds of sale of the 2 yearly rent charges hereinafter described. But has elected to take the said rents unsold and has requested 1. convey the same to him.

The 2 rent charges of £6.6s issuing out of premises formerly known as 3 and 6 Oxford Terrace but now known as 36 and 42 Lyncombe Hill.
