Description
1. Arthur William Savage, of 6 Raymond Buildings, Grays Inn, c. Middlesex. Esq., youngest son of, and Devisee and Legatee in trust of the estate of, Robert Savage, late of Newland Square, Notting Hill, c. Middlesex, Esq., Dec'd.

Whereas Robert Savage, by his Will dated 1 February 1860, devised his estate to his son Arthur William Savage, in trust to be divided 3 ways with 1 third to go to Marian Elizabeth Arkcoll, daughter of Robert Savage, and the other 2 thirds to be retained by Arthur William Savage; and appointed Arthur William Savage as executor.
Whereas Robert Savage died on the 25 May 1862, the said Arthur William Savage having renounced probate of the will, probate was granted to Marian Elizabeth Arkcoll on 29 July 1862.
Whereas by a decree of the Court of Chancery, in the case for the administration of the estate of Robert Savage, between Francis William Arkcoll and Marian Elizabeth Arkcoll as Plaintiffs, and Arthur William Savage as Defendant, it was ordered that any part of the estate mentioned in a Memorandum of Deposit dated 4 June 1846 which had not been sold by the testator during his lifetime was to be sold.
Whereas the rents and hereditaments herinafter described were put up for public auction on 22 May 1863 at the Auction rooms of Morris and Son, City of Bath, at which Charles Albert François Target was declared the purchaser thereto.

The 7 rent charges being £6.6s issuing out of 1-7 Oxford Terrace, and the messuages thereon, from 1. to 4. in trust for 3.
