Firstly a plot of ground (part of the land called Blakely alias Beekly alias Bushes Field) more particularly delineated and described on the endorsed plan and coloured in light yellow, bounded on the north by another part of the land called Blakely alias Beekly alias Bushes Field, lately sold by 2. to Ian Casper Hartsink Esq., on the east by Lyncombe Lane, on the west by a road 8 feet 6 inches wide, on the south partly by a plot next mentioned and partly by a road of 10 feet wide. And also all that messuage lately built by 2. thereon, called Abbey Villa.
