Lyncombe and Widcombe, Yeoman, by him granted to his son John Creese the Younger, also of Holloway, Yeoman, by lease dated 5 November 1685 for 1000 years, at a yearly rent of 10s. Said pieces of ground containing, 1 of them 2r.6p., the other 1r.5p., boundaried thereof shown on the endorsed plan.
And all that messuage or dwelling house on the said plots, now building by the said Charles Davis.
