Whereas neither the lease of 1865, nor a copy thereof, was in the possessionof 1. it was not possible to confirm said lease did not contain covenants upon the land, or a condition of re-entry, and that all conditions in Section 153 of the Law of Property Act 1925 may not therefore have been fulfilled.
In consequence the Enlargement [0547/24] may have been invalid, and the following Conveyance [0547/25] and the extinguishing of the term of years may also be open to question. In such case the conveyance should have been an Assignment.

Therefore this deed assigns the premises from 1. to 2. for the residue of the term of 1000 years.
