Formerly belonging to and in the tennure of John Creese the Elder of Holloway, p. Lyncombe and Widcombe, Yeoman, by him granted to his son John Creese the Younger, also of Holloway, Yeoman, by lease dated 5 November 1685 for 1000 years, at a yearly rent of 10s. Said piece of ground containing 2r.6p., as on the endorsed plan.
And all that messuage or dwelling house, on the said plot, now building by Edward Davis, and numbered 3 in a set of cottages called Entry Hill Cottages.
