1. Thomas Carew, of Crocombe, c. Somerset, administrator of the estate of George Tryme, of the city of Bath, Gent., Dec'd, which was administered by Phillip Hodges, of the city of Wells, Esq. Dec'd.

Whereas Philip Hodges died without having executed the recited indenture nor havimg recieved the said sum of £90.
And whereas by the accounts of Phillip Hodges, dec'd., there was due and owing to him from the estate of George Tryme the sum of £1724, the sum of £286.12.4 and 3 farthings, with interest, totaling £325.18.10 and 3 farthings.

The messuage and plot of ground formerly let to Francis Farr.
