Walcot, and the leasehold messuage situate on the north side of Tryme Street, in trust to permit his sister Ann Merewether to receive the rents and profits of 14 Walcot Parade, and to permit his sister Eleanor Merewether to receive the rents and profits of the messuage in Tryme Street.
