Messuage now or late in the possession of Mrs Boucher, situate in Tryme Street, between a messuage of Giles Collins on the west, and a tenement of Dean Jones on the east. And a dwelling house now erecting or building by William Godfrey, adjoining the said Messuage. All being the Piece or plot of ground previously let to Francis Farr.
