Whereas default was made on the payment of the sum of £70, and the said sum remains due and owing to 2. but all interest thereon has been paid.
And whereas William Greenham has occasion for the sum of £150 to pay off the said sum of £70 and other uses, he has agreed with 3. to borrow the same at interest of 5%.

All that piece of ground (74 luggs) as shown in the plan, part of arable land called The Farm or Poor Tyning, p. of Monkton Combe. Bounded north by the Turnpike road, west by land of Mr Wingrove, and south and east by other parts of the land known as Poor Tyning. And the messuage or tenement built by the said William Greenham as shown in the plan attached to 0313/5. From 2. to 3.
Consideration: £70 from 3. to 2. and £80 from 3. to 1.
