Monkton Combe, with the 5 messuages or tenements thereon known as 1-5 Albert Place, together with other premises demised to the testator by an indenture of 9 April 1838 [0313/12], for the remainder of a term of 999 years from 30 October 1830 subject to the yearly rent of £5.10s.
And also all that plot of land (1r.14p.) situate at the southwest of and adjoining to the last mentioned plot of land, together with other premises demised to the testator by an indenture of 9 March 1840, made between Thomas Tanner of the one part and John Payne of the other part, for the remainder of a term of 990 years from 25 March 1840, subject to the yearly rent of £4.
