Description: This is an extensive series of filing relating to individual properties. A 5% sample of files has been retained in their entirety. The remaining files have been appraised, and only the following records within the files have been kept: Decision Record Form; Valuation Forms; copies of leases and lease plans; copies of other signed legal documents or agreements (with any plans) if the interest concerned could still be subsisting or affect on-going property management; evidence of change of occupier; any information including plans or drawings relating to retaining walls, party walls, boundary ownership, riparian ownership and other problematic structures or issues; photographs. General correspondence and memorandums and potential tenants' references have been destroyed.
