These files were originally part of the CP (Corporate Property Committee) file series, but were extracted to form a separate series. They deal with moveable property such as furniture, archives, Council silverware and regalia.

The series was catalogued by archival volunteers as part of the 'Bath, Water and World Heritage: the city records from the 12th to the 21st centuries' project, 2014 - 2015, funded by the National Cataloguing Grants Programme for Archives.
