William Tuck (?-1907) was Deacon and Church Secretary of Argyle Chapel; a member of the Bath School Board and editor of the Bath Directory. The notebooks cover a wide variety of topics, mainly religious life in Bath and Argyle Chapel in particular, though general history of dissenting worship and the works of other authors is included.
