Report of Charles Davis following a survey of Partis College and addressed to J. M. Mackland of Lansdown Crescent, Bath and E. J. Jennings of the Temple. Covers water supply, location of wells, lack of water closets, recommendations for installation of force pump, enlarging of chapel through erection of chancel, purchase of neighbouring land to prevent residential areas encroaching on the College as well as for health reasons and to prevent 'interrupting the view'.
