Whereas William Livingstone Russell being at the time of his death possessed or otherwise entitled to the premises hereinafter assigned, made his will dated 31 May 1910 appointing D'Arcy Melville Clark, Gordon Melville Clark, and James William George to be executors thereof.
Whereas William Livingstone Russell died on 14 April 1911, probate was granted on 21 July 1911 to 1., James William George having renounced Probate of the said will and codicils.
Whereas 1. have agreed to sell to 2. the premises as hereinafter mentioned for the residue of the term hereinafter mentioned, at the sum of £620.
