Gloucester, being at the date of his death seised in fee simple of the property hereinafter described, made his will 18 February 1919, appointing John Gurney Pelly, Emma Murial Richardson, and Audrey Gurney Shelford as executors thereof. Whereas Alfred Richardson by his second Codicil to his will dated 28 March 1825 made his nephew Captain Alistair Brand Heautonville Nicholson Richardson to be one of the executors of his will with the said existing executors.
