Whereas George Henry Bartlett has agreed with Mary Ann Hancock for the absolute sale to her of the ground rent of £5.10s as secured by the hereinbefore recited Lease, for the sum of £130.

Ground rent of £5.10s as reserved out of all that plot of ground in Combe Down (3/4a.), and the messuage or dwelling thereon erected, bounded north by land of James Ford, south by land of Thomas Tanner, east by a road leading from the Turnpike road, and west by a footpath adjoining land belonging to John Burgess and the property of Rev. William Batchellor. For the remainder of a term of 999 years.
