Covers a range of procedures including hygiene; pay; charges; accounting; reporting damages; discipline; use of metric units; drought orders; classification or river quality; government grand aid for rural water mains extensions; tap rewashering; asbestos; fluoridation; insurance; measures to combat a severe frost situation; changes in working hours and the working week; contracts; leave; local purchase orders; acceptance of gifts or hospitality.
