Memorandums sent to or by R. C. Onslow, the District Engineer of Bath. Many are memorandums first sent to R. Denney, the District Manager, or R. J. Warren, the Bristol Avon Divisional Manager, which were then passed on to Onslow for reference or to keep for the district’s records. Covers a range of topics related to finance including the accounting system; invoices; meter reading; transport codes; payments systems; analysis of water supply costs (1977-1978).
