St. James, city of Bath, between a gate formerly called the Abbey Gate on the north, a tenement called the Coachhouse now belonging to Catherina Jones, Spinster, on the south, a backside formerly of John Orange on the east, and the Leere land on the west; now in the occupation of the said William Palmer. And also a plot of ground belonging to the above mentioned messuage, lying behind the messuage above mentioned to be in possession of Catherina Jones, which said plot of ground is also in the occupation of Catherina Jones, and containing 15 feet 4 inches on the west, 24 feet 10 inches on the north, 24 feet on the south, and 17 feet on the east.
