Description
1. Ann Collett of Ridgeside, p. Corsham, c. Wilts., Spinster, only sister and heir at law of Isaac Collett late of the same place, Esq., dec'd without issue
2. Mary Collett of the same place, Widow, relict of the said Isaac Collett

Whereas Isaac Collett was seized in Fee Simple of (amongst other things) the 2 messuages hereinafter described, and departed his life in May 1805, unexpectedly and without having made a will.
Whereas Ann Collett and Mary Collett, heretofore Mary Collett, Spinster, are first Cousins and out of regard and affection towards the said Mary Collett and out of respect to the probable wishes of her brother the said Isaac Collett, dec'd, Ann Collett has agreed to release and convey the said 2 messuages to the use of Mary Collett.

New erected messuage divided into 2 tenements formerly one lower room, one chamber of the said lower room, and one cockloft over the said chamber, situate in p. St. James, between a gate formerly called the Abbey Gate but now a street leading from Stall Street to Abbey Green on the north, a tenement called the Coachhouse formerly belonging to Catherina Jones but now of Mr Dallamore on the south, a backside formerly of John Orange now a court or garden belonging to the Right Honourable Lord Viscount Weymouth on the east, and the Leer land now a street called St. James's Street on the west, heretofore in possession of William Palmer and afterwards of William Harding but now of _____ Baker, subject to a fee farm rent of £6.10s
