Somerset; 48a. lately in occupation of John Hancok, but now or lately in occupation of Peter Cray, and 2 other meadows lying in Bath, 5a., called Le hayes, and one piece of pasture land lying near bath, 20a., called Le Wyneards [Vineyards], which 2 meadows called Le Hayes and pasture called Le Wyneards are now in the tenure of William Russell, all which premises are part of the Grange near Bath called Barton Farme, with free fishing in all the waters and rivers out of the western parts of the aforesaid meadows called Kingemead, to Thomas Hayne, Gent., and William Grenden, Gent.
