The Manors, messuages, lands and hereditaments mentioned in the schedule thereto, and all other the real estate late of John Hayne, Esq., dec'd, as devised by his last will and testament.
Consideration: £14750 (4%) from 2. to 1.

Whereas it has been agreed that for the better securing of the repayment of the sum of £14750 a Reciever should be appointed for collecting the rents and profits of the said hereditaments, and that Edward Henry mainwaring Sladen should be the first reciever thereof.

1. and 2. appoint 3. to be the Receiver of the estate herein before mentioned.
